Snap Originals Brand Identity
This anthem film introduces viewers to the bold, imaginative world of Snap Originals and its slate of shows. The goal was to unveil the brand’s new logo created by Zoar and celebrate the evolution of vertical storytelling. Fast-paced and visually immersive, the film captures the dynamic energy of Snap Originals, showcasing its vibrant colors, inventive style, and the limitless creativity of its universe.
Snap partnered with Zoar to create the brand identity for Snap Originals, a platform for premium shows available directly within the Snapchat app.
These shows are shot vertically, designed for mobile viewing, and include interactive AR features that make each experience unique.
Zoar’s challenge was to design a visual identity that unified all Snap Originals under a single creative system while staying true to the Snapchat brand. The identity also needed to help these shows stand out from other content on the Discover page.
The resulting logo highlights a new way of experiencing storytelling. The vertical frame projects outward, suggesting that the content is larger than the device itself. Built for motion and adaptability, the identity system captures the brand’s energy, creativity, and immersive spirit.
